These terms are the agreement between you and Fritter for using the app. By downloading or using Fritter, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
Fritter is a personal spending tracker. It lets you log purchases, scores your spending, keeps streaks, and provides AI-generated feedback and weekly insights. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Fritter. You sign in with Apple, and you’re responsible for keeping access to your Apple ID secure. You’re responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
Fritter’s scores, verdicts, insights, and assistant answers are for informational and motivational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Always do your own research and consider getting professional advice before making money decisions.
Some content in Fritter — including receipt readings, spend verdicts, assistant replies, and weekly insights — is generated by AI. AI can make mistakes: it may misread a receipt, miscategorize a purchase, or give an answer that is incomplete or wrong. Please review AI output before relying on it, and correct any details before saving.
You agree not to misuse the app — for example by attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it or its systems, or by using it in violation of any law.
The spending data and answers you enter remain yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process that data to provide the app’s features, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete all of it at any time from Settings → Delete account.
The Fritter app, its name, design, and content (other than your own data) belong to us and are protected by law. These terms don’t give you any right to use our branding without permission.
Fritter is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results. We don’t guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figure or insight it produces is accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fritter will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial loss or decision arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using Fritter and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or misuse the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Fritter after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
